We take great care in growing and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your garden. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If your order is incorrect or missing items, let us know within 48 hours for a resolution.
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds for plants that fail after planting, as success depends on factors beyond our control, such as soil, watering, and weather conditions.

A brief description of the problem
2. We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll issue either:
A replacement plant (if available)
A store credit for future purchases
A refund (in select cases)
Non-Refundable Items
Plants that fail due to improper care after arrival.
Orders reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Sale or discounted items.
